A Consultant Spine Surgeon specially Known for non-operative treatments of his patients. He is skilled in the field of Minimally Invasive Spine Surgeries (MISS), Microendoscopic (Key hole) as well as Conventional back and neck pain treatments. He earned his Master of surgery orthopaedics (M.S.) degree from D. Y. Patil Medical College and research Centre, Kolhapur. Going on to complete his further specialized orthopaedic training in LTMMC Sion Hospital,Mumbai. Dr.Dhanish has earned his Superspeciality Spine Training from the eminent Hinduja Hospital and Research Centre in Mumbai under the aegis of Association Of Spine Surgeons of India (ASSI).
He was Further awarded a Fellowship in Robotics and Spinal Deformity by the Prestigious AO Spine Foundation, one of the top organisations in innovative and advanced spine care in the world which he concluded in The Indian Spinal Injuries Centre, New Delhi. Dr.Dhanish was also awarded a renowned fellowship in Spinal Trauma and Complex Deformity Spine Surgery from the esteemed Queens Medical Hospital, Nottingham, United Kingdom and Instituto Ortopedico Rizzoli, Bologna, Italy. He has performed multiple Complex Cervical and Lumbar Decompressive Discectomies, Spinal Fusion surgeries and Deformity corrections for his patients with results lasting a life time. He has published more than 21 research articles in leading National and International scientific journals and still has many ongoing projects in the pipeline.
